We may receive information from third-party services you connect to your account, such as subscription status from RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) or streaming channel data.

- Communications: Send push notifications, in-app notifications, and SMS messages related to your activity (matches, tournaments, messages, partner board updates)

- Safety & Moderation: Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service

- Public Content: Your profile, posts, comments, tournament results, and partner board entries are visible to other users and may appear on public web pages

- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication (JWT), and access controls. Media files are stored securely on Amazon S3. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- Edit Your Profile: You can update your name, email, photo, and other profile information at any time through the app
- Notification Preferences: You can control push notifications, in-app notifications, and SMS alerts in your notification settings
- Delete Content: You can delete your posts, comments, and partner board entries
- Block Users: You can block other users to prevent them from messaging you or viewing your profile
- Delete Your Account: You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@foos-app.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tournament records)
- Data Access: You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 7. California Residents (CCPA)

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state and improve user experience. The mobile app does not use cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
